Location: Montreal
Take on the role of Receptionist Auxiliary On-Call with Kwanlin Dün First Nation. This position focuses on providing front-line support and administrative assistance, ideal for organized individuals.
The AOC Receptionist will report directly to the Executive Assistant while managing reception duties and assisting with office tasks. Candidates should have strong communication abilities and a solid foundation in office administration. Responsibilities include managing inquiries and ensuring effective communication throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct incoming calls and visitor inquiries
• Maintain the reception area and manage mail delivery
• Provide comprehensive program information to the public
• Handle the typing of reports and meeting documentation
• Coordinate and support meetings as required
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or comparable office experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Committed to confidentiality and sound judgment
• Knowledge of Kwanlin Dün history highly favored
