Join MD Financial Management in Pointe-Claire as a Receptionist and Regional Coordinator.
Your role will center on client service, administrative tasks, and managing facilities operations.
This position contributes to the Client Administrative Services Regional team's success by ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with regulations. You will handle reception duties, maintain office systems, and coordinate various regional initiatives while engaging with clients and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and greet clients warmly
• Oversee office systems and product files
• Manage facilities operations and changes
• Initiate and coordinate regional events
• Conduct regional reporting and data analysis
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum three years in an administrative role
• Knowledge of financial services preferred
• Strong skills in MS Office applications
• High energy and strong communication abilities
Contribute to a high-performance environment while enhancing client satisfaction at MD Financial Management.
