As a vital member of the Hospitality & Concierge Services Team, you will leverage 1-3 years of experience to support event logistics and reception duties. Your ability to maintain professionalism while managing multiple tasks will be key in creating memorable experiences for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support event setup and liaise with external vendors
• Greet clients and manage reception duties effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of meeting spaces
• Assist national teams with administrative tasks
• Oversee event monitoring and last-minute requests
Requirements:
• Background in hospitality, retail, or professional services
• Client-focused with strong multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
