Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the creation of communication content (presentations, documents, infographics, internal articles).
  • Support the formatting and clarification of messages tailored to various audiences (employees, leaders, communities of practice).
  • Support the updating, organization, and optimization of content on SharePoint.
  • Participate in the promotion of continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, training sessions, projects).
  • Contribute to the organization of recognition events highlighting teams and achievements.
  • Support the planning and coordination of ad hoc internal events (workshops, meetings, forums, BOE activities).
  • Participate in the preparation of content for social media, including Linked In posts.
  • Support the team in preparing material for meetings, training sessions, and internal events.
Qualifications
  • Undergraduate or graduate student in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to structure information, manage multiple priorities, and work independently.
Preferred Skills
  • Bilingual (French / English).
  • Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
  • Interest in Continuous Improvement or Operational Excellence.
  • Aptitude for visual communication and event coordination.
