Join OPENLANE as a Vehicle Check-In Clerk in the automotive industry. This afternoon shift role focuses on inventory control and exceptional customer service.
OPENLANE is seeking detail-oriented candidates for the Vehicle Check-In Clerk position. Ideal applicants will have experience in data entry and inventory management. This role, which operates Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM EST, requires a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction in various weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter vehicle data into inventory management systems
• Assign inventory stock numbers and open repair orders
• Assist with administrative tasks related to inventory control
• Provide outstanding customer service to dealers
• Remove license plates and print window stickers
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license is essential
• Basic computer and smartphone skills required
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
• 1-3 years of experience in administration is preferred
