Export Development Canada is searching for a motivated student or recent graduate to join their Library Services team. In this role, you'll assist with client requests for information access, gather feedback, and manage subscription data. You’ll also lead training sessions and enhance the e-Library catalogue. This experience is invaluable for anyone looking to impact library services positively and support Canadian businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Action client requests for information subscriptions
• Analyze usage feedback and data collection
• Update lists for e-Library users continually
• Manage training sessions delivered by vendors
• Curate collections to drive awareness of subscriptions
Requirements:
• Enrolled in a Library Science program or recent graduate
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in SharePoint and M365 software
• Must work onsite in Ottawa three days a week
• Strong communication abilities
