Join Intact Lab as an Experienced Senior Administrative Assistant, balancing hybrid work while supporting leaders and enhancing departmental efficiency in Toronto or Montreal.

This role as Senior Administrative Assistant is essential for maintaining operational excellence within Intact Lab. You will be expected to work onsite two days per week, assisting in employee onboarding and managing communications among senior staff. Your administrative skills will directly contribute to a smooth-functioning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for departmental functions

• Assist new hires with onboarding and confidential tasks

• Schedule meetings and manage office supplies

• Coordinate and approve meeting room reservations

• Help manage office maintenance and IT support

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of administrative experience

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Excellent communication capabilities

• Authorized to work in Canada
