Location: Montreal
Il s’est d’un poste administratif temporaire (5 semaines)comportant des tâches répétitives qui nécessitent ungrand souci du détail et une bonne capacité de concentration.
Principales responsabilités- Réviser la structure des fiches techniques dans le système interne.
- Vérifier et mettre à jour les photos, les informations, lesateliers et les procédures des recettes, au besoin.
- Assurer l'exactitude et la cohérence des données.
- Mettre à jour les fichiers Excel servant au suivi de l'avancement du projet.
- Réviser plus de 3 400 fiches techniques provenant de l'ensemble desunités.
- Effectuer toute autre tâche administrative connexe.
This is a temporary administrative position (5 weeks) involving repetitive tasks that require strong attention to detail and excellent concentration skills.
Key Responsibilities- Review the structure of technical datasheets in the internal system.
- Verify and update photos, information, production workshops, and recipe procedures as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
- Update Excel tracking files to monitor the project's progress.
- Review more than 3,400 technical datasheets across all business units.
- Perform any other related administrative duties as assigned.
