Administrative Inventory Support Agent

Location: Montreal

Manage merchandise, inventory records, and administrative processes as an Administrative Inventory Support Agent with Dawson College. Use CLARA, purchase orders, and Microsoft Excel.
This administrative support position handles complex functions using established methods and procedures. The work combines receiving, shipping, inventory control, purchasing support, and mailing services. You will verify documents, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records for current departmental activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, verify, and deliver merchandise against packing slips
Process delivery receipts through CLARA and purchase orders
Maintain shipment files and update inventory records
Coordinate returns and investigate invoice discrepancies
Generate bi-annual inventory reports and create purchase requisitions
Requirements:
Vocational or secondary diploma, or recognized equivalent
At least one year of pertinent experience
Intermediate English and basic French communication skills
Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Analytical, organized, task-oriented, and customer service focused
Apply administrative, inventory, CLARA, and document verification skills while supporting Dawson College’s Auxiliary Services activities.
