As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of Northbound Contractors Ltd. You will plan daily operations, manage contracts, and confirm appointments while responding to customer inquiries. Mastery of MS Outlook and data entry is essential for this role. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain a smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize daily operations and establish office routines
• Schedule, confirm appointments, and manage contracts
• Answer telephone calls and relay important messages
• Type, proofread, and file documents accurately
• Perform basic bookkeeping and maintain the database
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
• Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Windows, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Client-focused with strong time management skills
