Location: Drummondville
Play a critical role in a mechanical workshop as an Automotive Parts Clerk. Provide expert service to technicians and clients while ensuring effective inventory management and parts distribution.
Your responsibility will include greeting customers, identifying required parts, and processing workshop orders. With at least five years of experience, you will manage inventory, advise clients on products, and coordinate closely with service teams for seamless operations. This role promises a stable schedule from Monday to Friday in a professional working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and support customers and technicians at parts counter
• Identify and locate parts using computer systems and catalogs
• Prepare and invoice parts for the workshop based on orders
• Manage inventory by verifying and storing parts appropriately
• Update records and handle warranty procedures
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant automotive experience
• Training in mechanics or inventory management preferred
• Strong problem-solving aptitude
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
• Proficient in English for communication with clients
