Tasks Greet technicians and customers at the parts counter and respond promptly to their requests
Identify, research, and locate required parts using catalogs, computer systems, and internal inventories
Prepare, distribute, and invoice parts for the mechanical workshop based on active work orders
Manage inventory: receive orders, verify quantities, label, classify, and store parts
Order parts from suppliers and ensure follow‑up on deliveries
Advise external customers on recommended parts, accessories, and products
Update records, process parts returns, and handle warranties according to internal procedures
Work closely with the service team to ensure an efficient workflow between the parts department and the workshop
Perform any other related duties

Job requirements Training and/or experience in roles such as mechanic, sales, inventory management, or parts clerk in the mechanical field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
Strong problem‑solving abilities
Comfortable with computer tools; knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written (to handle calls and emails from English‑speaking clients and suppliers, approximately 30% of the time)
