Analyst intern to join our teamand contribute to solving real-time operational challenges that drive our business. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Responsibilities
Help analyze current business performance and identify areas for improvement.Conduct data analysis and make recommendations to improve productivity and profitability.Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations the Control Tower team.Stay updated with the stations' environment and the various challenges they might faceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.Participate in the "Command Center" initiative during peak seasons.Adopt the 3 pillars of the Control Tower: control, plan and execute.The role involves daily (or regular) communication with pan-Canadian stakeholders.Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, engineering or industrial engineering.Experience or strong interest in data analysis and understanding.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with accuracyAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Proactive and solution-driven mindset.Strong written and oral communication skillsProficient in Excel.Familiarity with Power BI is an asset.#LI-DNI #IG-DNI
