Location: Montreal
Drive compliance and regulatory success as a Senior Export Control Analyst at CAE, specializing in export classification and project management. This position emphasizes teamwork and impactful project execution.
As a Senior Export Control Analyst, you will work within a dedicated team to determine export classifications of various technologies and manage compliance with U.S. and Canadian laws.
Your role will include preparing critical export applications and collaborating closely with program managers and suppliers. You will also conduct audits and assist in developing compliance training materials for CAE's international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Classify hardware and software under export regulations
• Ensure project activities align with export legal requirements
• Submit export licenses to governmental authorities
• Review and validate customer documentation
• Conduct internal compliance audits and assessments
Requirements:
• College degree and a minimum 3 years of related experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in U.S. and Canadian export regulations
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication abilities in both languages
