Join Belron Canada as a Commercial Analyst focused on driving strategic growth within the Insurance and Corporate Fleet sectors. This role emphasizes data analysis and market understanding to enhance commercial performance.
Reporting to the National Director, you will take charge of analysing commercial metrics and identifying opportunities for strategic enhancements. Engage with multi-departmental teams to transform data into actionable insights.
Your role will drive business development by understanding market dynamics and customer experiences, ultimately benefiting corporate fleet performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze market trends and customer insights for strategic growth
• Generate actionable recommendations to support sales team initiatives
• Prepare executive-level performance reports
• Monitor key performance indicators and market developments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for commercial initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Economics, or related fields
• 5 to 10 years of experience in relevant analysis roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Strong skills in interpreting complex data
• Bilingual in French and English
