Transform transportation in Canada with Alto as a High-Impact Strategic Development Advisor. This flexible role is dedicated to shaping policy and collaboration for a high-speed rail project connecting major cities.
Reporting to the Director, you will play a key role in advancing Alto’s strategy through strategic stakeholder engagement and deep analytical work. The role includes coordinating with academic partners and international authorities, making it essential for driving innovative practices and informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage relationships with key strategic partners
• Organize expert meetings and collaborative initiatives
• Capture and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Conduct thorough analysis on cross-functional strategic questions
• Develop executive materials with rigorous, tailored analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• At least 5 years in strategic planning or business analysis
• Exceptional communication and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proven success with senior stakeholders and partners
• Bilingual (English and French)
