Join Green Shield as a Bilingual Project Manager in Enterprise Onboarding, where you will play a crucial role in client onboarding and implementation across diverse business lines. This position emphasizes project governance and client experience.
The Project Manager is integral in supporting Insurance, Administration, and Health sectors by developing and executing tailored project plans. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure all clients and partners are onboarded according to high service delivery standards. Effective stakeholder communication and managing multiple projects simultaneously are essential components of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute implementation project plans
• Coordinate internal and external resource requirements
• Manage project governance and documentation
• Support RFP activities and finalist presentations
• Foster relationships with stakeholders and clients
Requirements:
• PMP Certification preferred or in progress
• Proven experience managing multiple projects
• Knowledge in insurance, health services, or related fields
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools
