Position: Demand Management Analyst at ALDO Group

Reporting to the Demand Management Senior Manager, this Analyst position supports operational excellence by delivering insights, managing data, and assisting with system enhancements. You'll collaborate across various teams to ensure tools meet the evolving needs of Demand Management, making a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Demand Management systems and EDI initiatives

• Document and validate business requirements with stakeholders

• Coordinate team reviews and obtain sign-offs on solutions

• Lead user acceptance testing and track defect resolutions

• Generate operational reporting and monitor delivery follow-ups

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field

• 5 years of experience in Demand Management or Supply Chain

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
