Key Responsibilities:

• Support multi-disciplinary aerospace teams across various sites

• Facilitate cross-departmental communication including Engineering and Operations

• Organize meetings and track minutes and actions

• Assist in the preparation of vital program documents

• Develop budget tracking tools using MS Excel and Power BI

Requirements:

• Enrolled in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain studies

• Excellent oral and written English skills, French is a plus

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel

• Detail-oriented with organizational skills

• Interest in Aviation and Aerospace manufacturing
