Five Guys Franchise Operations Manager

This Franchise Business Manager coaches franchise owners, Operations Leaders, managers, and crew across approximately 40 to 60 franchise-owned locations. You will analyze performance data, provide operational guidance, and connect franchisees with Five Guys corporate offices. The role emphasizes business management, financial analysis, relationship building, and brand standards.

• Build trusting relationships with franchise owners and restaurant teams
• Analyze key performance indicators and identify operational trends
• Provide hands-on coaching across assigned franchise-owned locations
• Deliver timely communications between corporate offices and franchisees
• Model Five Guys Core Convictions and brand standards

• Five or more years of related multi-unit experience
• Restaurant experience is required for this position
• Understanding of financial analysis and financial statements
• Understanding of franchise and related business documents
• Four-year college degree preferred
