This full-time Business Analyst role supports operational and performance improvement projects of varying size and complexity. You will apply improvement principles, processes, and tools to drive financial and operational results. Work includes data analysis, market research, presentations, client management, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data and conduct market research supporting recommendations
Synthesize complex information into presentations and reports
Build client relationships and deliver actionable insights
Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables through project completion
Track manufacturing trends, technologies, and operational challenges
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or operations management
Minimum two years consulting or industry experience
Minimum two years manufacturing or industrial engineering experience
Experience with Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau
Bring structured analysis, client communication, and improvement expertise to EFESO projects requiring weekly travel to Montreal.
