Senior Partner Manager Vendor Operations

Lead global BPO vendor performance at Affirm through analytical judgment, customer experience leadership, and cross-functional operational execution. This remote-first role offers flexibility within the country of employment.
As a senior Partner Manager within Operations, you will drive vendor excellence and transformation across a global network. Your work combines vendor management, data analysis, executive governance, and strategic planning. You will improve customer satisfaction while shaping long-term vendor strategy and leading initiatives spanning Operations, Compliance, Product, Risk, Training, QA, and WFM.

Key Responsibilities:

Own customer experience, service-level, compliance, and QA outcomes
Lead executive vendor governance, QBRs, and escalations
Use data to diagnose gaps and prioritize interventions
Coordinate cross-functional rollouts, migrations, and regulatory implementations
Design change programs supporting vendor readiness and adoption
Requirements:
8+ years in vendor, BPO management, or operations
Strong analytical skills and independent analysis capability
Experience driving accountability through scorecards and governance
Track record leading large cross-functional programs
Exceptional communication with internal and vendor executives
