Customer Success Manager Onboarding

Customer Success Managers at Tripstack lead onboarding and client delivery while using strong organization and communication skills in hybrid Toronto work.

This customer-centric position manages post-sale partnerships across North America. You will coordinate implementation, monitor customer KPIs, and represent client priorities in business reviews and product planning. The role works closely with Regional Directors, Project Coordinators, Account Managers, and internal delivery teams.

• Lead complete onboarding journeys from sales transition through production
• Coordinate requirements, configurations, implementations, and project delivery timelines
• Escalate client issues across technical, product, and support teams
• Represent customer needs in reviews and product planning ceremonies
• Analyze data and present partnership value, performance, and ROI

• Three to five-plus years in customer, relationship, account, or project management
• SaaS or B2B experience strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience leading stakeholder meetings, including with executives
