Location: MontrealTasks
Read and analyze plans and specifications to prepare cost and material estimates.Analyze the projects and estimate the time, costs, and materials required for each.Prepare tender packages and analyze received bids.Draft and compile submissions in collaboration with management.Contribute to the management and tracking of ongoing projects.Ensure adherence to project budgets and schedules.Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and compare pricing.Participate in site visits when required.Perform any other related tasks contributing to project success.Advantages

3 to 5 years of experience in estimating or project management for residential, multiplex, and commercial construction projects in Quebec.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management software (Procore, strong asset).Solid understanding of construction materials and methods.Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.Excellent command of spoken and written French.Ability to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed.Valid Class 5 driver’s license.College diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree (BAC) in estimation, civil engineering, or a related field (asset).
