Location: Mount Royal
Become a key player in our construction projects as a Pre-Construction Manager, tasked with leading all pre-construction activities. Ensure projects are accurately scoped, budgeted, and scheduled for a seamless handover.
In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Construction to guide effective pre-construction management. Your responsibilities span from developing comprehensive cost estimates to coordinating with clients and design stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals. Your proactive communication and strategic insights will bolster client relationships and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the comprehensive pre-construction activities for various projects
• Formulate project budgets, cost plans, and schedules
• Collaborate with design teams for feasibility checks
• Conduct evaluations of subcontractor bids
• Ensure smooth transition of projects into the construction phase
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields like Construction Management
• 8-15 years of construction experience, particularly in pre-construction
• Experience in managing large-scale commercial projects preferred
• Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities
• Proficient with tools for estimating and project scheduling
