Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates for design-build work

• Review proposal specifications and drawings

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings

• Prepare tender documents and plans

• Liaise with subcontractors for tenders

Requirements:

• Completion of a Civil or Architectural degree

• 0-3 years of construction experience

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Bilingual in French and English required

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
