Project Coordinator

Position: Project Coordinator Role with Tiree
Shape the future of project management as a Project Coordinator with Tiree. This role emphasizes precision in supporting infrastructure projects through coordination and effective communication.

You will collaborate closely with Senior Project Managers, assisting in the planning and execution of complex infrastructure projects. Your focus will be on monitoring progress, compiling reports, and actively participating in workshops to enhance your project management acumen. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be crucial in facilitating successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor tasks to ensure timely project delivery

• Generate project reports and share with stakeholders

• Assist in tracking contracts and vendor relationships

• Maintain document control for project related materials

• Engage in workshops to broaden project management skills

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in project administration roles

• Preferred degree or diploma in a relevant field

• Must work on-site 3 days each week

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Valid Government of Canada Secret clearance required
