Manage construction schedule preparation as a Lead Scheduler. Spearhead the planning process while ensuring alignment with project expenditures and deadlines across diverse projects.
This role involves overseeing a team of schedulers in the creation of master schedules prior to project launches. You will monitor progress and validate the health of schedules through regular assessments. Strong background knowledge of construction methodologies ensures effective planning while dealing with various project delivery methods and contractual terms to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage Schedulers on major projects
• Create master schedules and proposals for project execution
• Regularly evaluate schedule progress and health
• Maintain detailed logs of project timelines
• Compile construction productivity and risk factor data
Requirements:
• Over 10 years of experience in construction scheduling
• Knowledge of various project delivery methods
• Familiarity with construction contractual definitions
• Capacity to effectively communicate and refine plans
• Must meet Secret Level Clearance eligibility
