As Project Manager, you will coordinate multiple construction initiatives, from planning to execution, while managing risks and adhering to established quality and safety standards. You'll interact with subject matter experts, guiding project teams through the effective delivery of important initiatives that modernize Canada’s historic sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of construction and renovation projects
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Monitor contractor work and maintain schedule adherence
• Develop risk management strategies and project documentation
• Ensure projects align with governance and strategic goals
Requirements:
• 4+ years in project management for construction
• Relevant degree or acceptable experience equivalent
• Proven skills in monitoring and reporting on projects
• Knowledge of procurement and tendering in construction
• Experience working in highly regulated environments
