Your role involves directing traffic flow according to the Ontario Traffic Manual and maintaining clear communication with motorists and site personnel. This position values employee contributions, promoting a family atmosphere within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control traffic flow in accordance with safety standards

• Communicate with motorists, pedestrians, and crew members

• Set up and maintain traffic control devices on-site

• Monitor and adjust traffic conditions for safety

• Ensure compliance with Ontario Traffic Manual guidelines

Requirements:

• Valid Traffic Control Person / Flagger certification

• Minimum one year of traffic control experience

• Strong understanding of OTM Book 7

• Able to work in varying weather conditions

• Punctual and safety-focused with good communication skills
