In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the construction site, focusing on safety, quality, and effective team dynamics. Your duties will include implementing safety protocols, mentoring field staff, and collaborating with the Project Manager to resolve issues. Ensure projects progress smoothly by overseeing schedules and performance evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety efforts via the Bird Safety Program

• Develop effective relationships to boost morale

• Supervise subcontractor performance and quality

• Contribute to the refinement of project schedules

• Maintain comprehensive daily reports and inspections

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in commercial and institutional construction

• Strong leadership and workforce management skills

• Competence in contract interpretations and building techniques

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Project

• Trade background or Gold Seal Certification preferred
