Position: Head of Construction at True Anomaly
Location: Montreal

Lead construction initiatives at True Anomaly and transform plans into tangible structures across the portfolio. This is a critical leadership role focusing on quality and strategic team growth.

In this hands-on position, you will manage construction teams and oversee contractors for a range of projects.

Your role will include developing construction standards and processes, ensuring that every project aligns with the broader mission while balancing design and compliance. You’ll oversee project execution to ensure all work is completed on schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage diverse construction teams and contractors

• Implement and govern construction standards across sites

• Manage project execution, pricing, and scheduling

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners for alignment

• Scale the construction team to meet future demands

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of construction experience

• Strong people management and leadership skills

• Proven track record in project management

• Skills in managing contractors to meet KPIs

• Experience with construction standards and lifecycle
