Position: Senior Project Superintendent at Matheson Constructors

In this vital leadership role, you will manage all field activities from mobilization to closeout. Your experience in construction methods, scheduling, and quality control will guide project teams and subcontractors. With at least ten years in supervisory roles within ICI construction, you will mentor others and maintain client relationships for successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise field construction from start to finish

• Coordinate site logistics, equipment, and setup

• Monitor productivity, costs, and project schedules

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

• Manage subcontractor activities and workforce planning

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in ICI construction

• Strong knowledge of scheduling and cost management

• Experience with unionized environments and collective agreements

• Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence
