Reporting directly to the Industrial Construction Director, this role is pivotal in coordinating contractor work and liaising with the Client Representative. You'll evaluate contractor progress, manage safety requirements, and ensure compliance with construction contracts. Your skills in communication and relationship management will be vital for overseeing technical aspects and implementing change requests effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate contractor progress on construction sites

• Coordinate with engineers on technical aspects

• Review and validate construction drawings and scope

• Identify and resolve execution challenges with contractors

• Organize site visits for stakeholders and tender packages

Requirements:

• Technical training in mechanical engineering or equivalent

• 5 to 10 years in Electrical Construction Management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in contractor relationship management

• Knowledge of mechanical equipment construction contexts
