In this senior-level position, you will report to the Director of Pre-Construction and Estimating. Your responsibilities include analyzing project plans, providing cost estimates, and collaborating with business development teams. Your strong analytical skills, alongside excellent communication abilities, will drive accuracy and efficiency in project bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team in detailed cost estimation for construction projects

• Analyze project documents to clarify requirements and scope

• Utilize historical data for competitive estimation

• Foster a positive team environment enhancing productivity

• Oversee bid proposals ensuring timely submissions

Requirements:

• Engineering or Construction Management degree required

• Minimum 10 years in ICI construction estimating

• Deep understanding of construction processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software

• Gold Seal Certification or LEED Accreditation (asset)
