Location: MontrealInterested in an opportunity to grow within a global company? Polygon Restoration is looking for a project manager to join our team. Polygon Restoration offers a complete range of services to meet the needs of all our customers from households and companies to insurers and the public sector.
Reporting to the Unit Manager and working closely with the project team (back office/finance department), the project manager is responsible for the assessment, estimation, production and completion of assigned projects to meet the agreed customer service level and standards expected of Polygon Restoration on time.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer satisfaction
Execute and deliver projects to customer satisfaction and Polygon Restoration standards.Provide accurate and timely work reports in accordance with Polygon Restoration standards and customer expectations.Effective communicator by maintaining diligent and proactive communication with all stakeholders (external and internal), constantly keeping everyone informed of actions taken and next steps.Facilitates prompt invoicing by providing all required actions and documents in a timely manner to ensure invoice accuracy.Maintains professional relationships with customers (regular customers such as experts).2. Quality of service
Strict compliance to Polygon Restoration service delivery processes.Recommend appropriate additional service solutions.Always deliver high quality standards according to the 'Polygon Restoration Way' and best practices.Responsible for diligent and accurate damage assessment (moisture map, ambient reading, photos).Always demonstrate professionalism: punctuality, professional appearance of vehicles and uniform, oral and written communication.3. Responsible for the financial performance of the project
Makes accurate estimates by evaluating cost and revenue aspects to maximize profitability.Able to exercise the cost control necessary to ensure project profitability.Diligently identifies opportunities for additional services to maximize project revenue potential.Ensures accurate and diligent recording of work (time, equipment, materials,Diligently provide all data required by the system and verify its accuracy to facilitate prompt invoicing.Strictly comply to essential project processes, such as change order process, purchase order process, etc...4.
