This role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in cost management and risk assessment. You’ll work closely with project teams to ensure successful project execution while fostering a culture of safety and accountability throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project controls for collaborative delivery methods
• Create and implement project controls strategies
• Lead quantitative risk management programs
• Develop integrated reporting and performance analytics
• Facilitate stakeholder communication on project progress
Requirements:
• 15+ years’ experience in project controls
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles over $500M projects
• Familiarity with collaborative contracting models
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
