Support GD LEAD in managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager. Drive project efficiency from planning through execution and delivery with attention to detail.

As a Project Manager at GD LEAD, you will have an integral role in managing commercial projects, bringing together your 3 to 5 years of experience and strong estimating skills. Your responsibilities will include project execution and collaboration with various teams and external stakeholders to ensure project goals are met while solving any unforeseen challenges that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects diligently

• Prepare budgets and accurately estimate project costs

• Analyze tender specifications and technical plans

• Coordinate with subcontractors and various stakeholders

• Monitor project quality, timelines, and expenditures

Requirements:

• Degree in civil engineering, project management, or a related field

• 3 to 5 years experience in commercial construction management

• Practical estimating experience is essential

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Excel

• Excellent problem-solving and coordination skills
