Project Director in Construction Management

Step into a Project Director role at Pomerleau’s Civil & Infrastructure division, managing significant construction projects from $1.5 million to over $1 billion. Build effective teams and ensure project excellence through strategic leadership and problem-solving.

This role requires a leader with a strong background in project management and a passion for mentoring teams. You will be instrumental in overseeing project execution while ensuring all goals are met with high operational standards. Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, from architects to clients, employing your expertise in financial management and legislative compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with clients and team members

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years in large construction project management
