As a Senior Estimator, you will play an essential role in Pomerleau’s Civil & Infrastructure division, driving the success of projects worth up to $1 billion. Your technical knowledge will be critical in assessing project requirements, collaborating with diverse teams, and mentoring junior estimators, all while maintaining key partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze materials and labor needed for project execution

• Craft summaries of quantities based on plans and specs

• Establish project-specific pricing for labor and equipment

• Build and sustain client and trade relationships

• Review subcontractor bids for bid document alignment

Requirements:

• University degree or construction estimation diploma

• Minimum 8 years of estimating experience in ICI

• In-depth knowledge of excavation and formwork

• Proven ability to mentor junior team members

• Experience with industry-standard estimation software
