Senior Supervision Manager

Position: Senior Supervision Manager - Artelia
Location: Montreal

As a Senior Supervision Manager at Artelia Canada, guide the construction of a correctional facility in collaboration with UNOPS. Your leadership and contract administration skills are essential for delivering successful projects.

This critical role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant supervision experience and a strong foundation in civil engineering or architecture. You'll focus on quality assurance while coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer contracts based on UNOPS requirements

• Monitor project timelines, claims, and compliance

• Manage RFIs, technical submittals, and sub-contractor work

• Oversee quality control and testing activities

• Coordinate with project stakeholders and lead supervision meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction, or related field

• 10+ years of experience in similar roles

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract administration

• Proven skills in team leadership and problem-solving

• Excellent command of written and spoken English
