Role Overview
The Project Manager / Estimator (Roofing) owns the full cycle of roofing work in the Ottawa market, from the first quote to final handoff. You'll prepare accurate, competitive estimates, track and submit tenders through Building Connected and similar bid platforms, and manage awarded projects from material procurement through completion. As the sole PM/estimator for the Ottawa branch, you work directly with clients, suppliers, and site crews, and you make the reasonable call in the moment instead of waiting to be told, since there's no one else in the seat to check with when a decision needs to happen right away.

Good work in this role means bids that win without leaving money on the table, materials that show up when the job needs them instead of holding up a crew, and a client list that keeps calling Triumph back for the next project instead of shopping the work around. Because this is a standalone branch, the reputation Triumph builds in the Ottawa roofing market over the next few years is, in large part, whatever reputation you build for it.

What We Offer

Salary: $60,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience. Where you land in that range depends on how directly your prior estimating and project management experience maps onto roofing specifically, and on how quickly you can take over the Ottawa book of business with minimal ramp-up. Your compensation is reviewed as you build a track record in the market and take on more of the branch's pipeline.
