As a Finishing Foreman, you will oversee all aspects of the project from drywall to completion. This full-time role requires effective communication with subcontractors and adherence to Richcraft’s quality standards. Your leadership will be vital in addressing challenges, coordinating efforts, and ensuring that every project meets regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage construction phases from drywall to client handover
• Provide up-to-date scheduling to the Construction Manager
• Organize subcontractor meetings for smooth operations
• Establish high-quality control measures on-site
• Ensure completion of inspections throughout the project
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in residential construction
• Strong skills in reading schematics and plans
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations effectively
• Current safety certificates and valid driving license
