In the Senior Land Development Manager role, you will steer project teams, managing processes from planning through residential construction. Key Responsibilities:
• Guide team leaders on planning and construction initiatives
• Supervise contractor performance and project deliveries
• Ensure alignment with project schedules and budgets
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders
• Mentor the Land Development team for growth and accountability
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in Engineering, Planning, or similar
• At least 8 years in real estate development
• In-depth knowledge of Ottawa's development policies
• Financially savvy for project management
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities
