You'll independently manage bids and projects, ensuring precision in cost estimates and timely material procurement. Your onsite visits and client interactions are crucial for maintaining high standards and building trust with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare competitive cost estimates for roofing projects
• Track bids using Building Connected and similar platforms
• Manage projects from award through to completion
• Coordinate timely material procurement for job sites
• Build strong relationships with clients and consultants
Requirements:
• 5+ years estimating experience in roofing
• 3+ years project management experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and bid management tools
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and site safety focus
