• Contribute to budget and timeline monitoring

• Prepare and validate quantity surveys

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in civil engineering, architecture, or relevant field

• 1-3 years of experience in heavy residential construction

• Strong knowledge of Quebec Construction Code

• Ability to read structural and architectural plans

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of MS Project and AutoCAD
