Assistant Construction Project Manager

Construction coordination and client service define this Assistant Project Manager position with Pomerleau, working onsite in Repentigny five days weekly.

As an Assistant Project Manager in Pomerleau’s Building Operations team, you support large-scale building and infrastructure projects. You will coordinate project activities, maintain communication with stakeholders, and manage administrative follow-up. Projects range from $1.5 million to upwards of $500 million.

• Provide project coordination and administrative support
• Maintain communication with teams, trades, consultants, and clients
• Review, interpret, and update construction schedules
• Track shop drawings, RFIs, purchase orders, and completion documents
• Collect and complete company wide project reports

• Three to five years of construction industry experience
• University degree or technology diploma in engineering or construction management
• Project coordination and team collaboration experience
• Exceptional client service focus
• Availability to work onsite in Repentigny five days weekly
