DuréeNous recherchons un Designer d'Expérience Client pour rejoindre notre équipe de conseillers du bureau de Québec ou de Montréal.
Ce poste est en mode hybride.
Responsabilités- Cartographier l'expérience actuelle bout-en-bout afin d'alimenter la conception de solutions pour différents projets du portefeuille. La cartographie doit être assez standard, mais doit inclure aussi les principaux processus liés.
- Maîtriser les grandes étapes de l'expérience, canaux, irritants / opportunités + autres selon pertinence.
- Analyse et synthèse d'intrants.
- Entrevues internes.
- Cartographie d'expérience.
- Idéalement, bonne connaissance du milieu de l'assurance.
