The mission of the Senior Brand Designer at Cozey

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer who is equal parts thinker and maker — someone who can help shape the graphic direction of our brand while rolling up their sleeves to bring ideas to life. You have 360˚ graphic design expertise with art direction at heart, a refined sense of aesthetics, and a deep love for brand building.

You’re a graphic jack-of-all-trades who loves getting their hands into everything — from campaigns and product branding to video graphics and digital experiences. You’ll work on diverse projects from top to bottom, ranging from brand defining concepts to performance ad production.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and execute brand design projects — from concept to delivery — across digital, print, and experiential channels.
• Develop and evolve brand identity systems, ensuring cohesion and excellence across all visual expressions.
• Balance big-picture design concepts with executional work — from campaign treatments to performance media assets.
• Collaborate with the Manager, Brand Marketing and the Director, Global Brand & Creative to create strategically aligned work that pushes the brand forward.
• Assist with pre and post-production — photo and video color-correction briefs, storyboarding, video editing, video title design, and motion graphics.
• Curate and populate brand content on the website CMS

We'd love to hear from you if you have

• 5+ years experience in graphic design, or digital art direction at a top-tier creative studio, agency, or lifestyle brand.
• A strong 360˚ portfolio spanning across channels, from static to motion, digital to print, experiential and packaging.
• Exceptional knowledge of brand and design trends.
• Exceptional knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Figma, and presentation tools like Google Slides and Powerpoint.
• Competency with video editing and post-production software like Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
• Ability to work with ambiguity.
• Illustration skills are an asset.
