The Video Editor is responsible for shaping Bath Fitter’s visual storytelling through high‑quality editing, motion design, and finishing. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role transforms raw footage into compelling content across advertising, brand, and internal communications, ensuring every frame reflects our quality, craftsmanship, and brand standards.

- 3–5+ years of professional video editing experience (agency, production house, or in‑house).
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve is a strong asset).
- Strong storytelling and pacing skills for both short‑form and long‑form content.
- Strong understanding of codecs, formats, and technical delivery specs.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality control standards.
- Comfortable working in shared storage, proxy, and 4K workflows.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in French is essential.
- Edit high‑quality advertising, brand, and internal video content.
- Shape narratives through pacing, structure, and emotional storytelling.
- Create motion graphics, titles, and on‑screen text aligned with brand standards.
- Perform color correction, sound mixing, and finishing for broadcast and digital platforms.
- Ensure technical quality, formatting, and delivery specifications are met.
- Manage and organize video assets, proxies, and project archives.
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and marketing teams on concepts and optimizations.
- Continuously improve workflows, tools, and creative execution.
